By 2012, the building housed Knims Auto Sales. In 2011, the building was housing Civil Underground Contractors. By 2013, the building housed Cilantro's Mexican restaurant. By 2011, the building was housing Mi Casita Mexican Food. This former Sinclair station housed Montes Breakfast Burritos in 2006. The building was restored in 2004 and I believe it has been vacant since then. The station closed around the 1960s and was used for other businesses after that.
